The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Sultanate of Oman and foreign countries. You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If our Website allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material:
1. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload, post, or display on or through the Service, and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content.
2. License: By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Content on and through the Service.
3. Prohibited Content: You warrant that your User Content does not violate any law, is not defamatory, libelous, abusive, harassing, threatening, offensive, or otherwise illegal, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party.

DONATION TERMS
1. Irrevocable Gift: Any donation made to Margins via the Website or linked payment processor is considered an irrevocable gift (charitable contribution) and is non-refundable.
2. Use of Funds: While we strive to use funds as designated by donors, Margins reserves the right to use all contributions at its discretion to further its charitable mission and operations.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
